Your hosts, Jayasri Madineni & Naresh Kommineni, welcome you to Aden Motel, situated in the beautiful Te Anau township. Aden Motel is a 12-unit, ground-floor complex consisting of 7 studio units, 3 x 1-bedroom units and 2 x 2-bedroom units. All units are spacious, smokefree and offer cooking facilities.

Most units have full cooking facilities. Ample parking, guest laundry, playground, car and luggage storage and a BBQ for those lovely summer nights is available. Free wireless internet in rooms. Pets by arrangement, please ask.

Aden Motel was a lovely stay during our stopover at Te Anau. Particularly love that we had dedicated parking for our room, and literally just a few steps away from the door, making it really convenient for us to unload and load our luggage from the car. We also love that cooking facilities were available, and the room was big enough to comfortably open up our two large luggage. Only issue that bugged us was that the tap facet is rather short and has separate taps for hot and cold water, so washing the dishes after cooking quite a hassle. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves at Aden Motel and would recommend it to anyone stopped by Te Anau during their travels!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room for one night. The facilities were excellent and the room was clean and extremely comfortable, providing enough space for us and our two teenage boys. The kitchen amenities were enough to allow us to prepare our own meals. The hotel is located in a quiet location, one street back from the waterfront, but is an easy walk or drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Aden Motel! The friendly owners made us feel right at home and provided great tips on local attractions and amenities. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-kept. We’re definitely planning to stay here again on our next visit to Milford!

Irene the owner is extremely helpful. She suggested an alternative when our Milford Sound cruise was cancelled due to bad weather. And when my booking om a 3rd party platform ran into some issues, she tried to help..just book directly with Aden Motel. Now I know better.

Irene is a wonderful host, she is passionate about her Motel, you can tell she is a Te Anau Local & offers her guests a unique Kiwiana experience, exceptionally clean & Modern Motel & your best furry friends can stay too! A short walk to Town & Lake, Te Anau is the 8th wonder of the natural world! Breath taking😃

Amazing pet-friendly accommodation situated in the heart of Te Anau 👌🏻Irene made our stay over a truly memorable one! Our motel room was fully equipped with all of the necessities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were fortunate that the motel allowed pets as well, so this made our stay that much more special as we could take a long our pet dog Lassie. Irene recommended a motel minder (pet sitter) who assisted in looking after Lassie as we were away, as pets are not allowed to remain in the motel room unsupervised. The pet sitter was most accommodating and took great care of Lassie ☺️ Overall, our first time in Te Anau was an unforgettable one! Thank you Irene and team for making our stay at your motel such an enjoyable experience..we will definitely visit again!
